 EXCHANGE POLICY
We get it—sometimes the fit just isn't right.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us at work@blunderclothing.com within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a reverse pickup for you.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the original product in its original condition, we’ll dispatch the exchanged item within 2 business days.

 

Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure:

The product has all original tags intact

The item is unused and in original packaging

Exchanges are only accepted once per order

You can only exchange for the same or higher order value (price difference applies)

Items bought at full price cannot be exchanged for discounted items during a sale

Customers who bought at full price cannot redeem the price difference during an exchange if a sale is live

All exchanges are subject to availability

 RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. Please double-check the size chart, product description, and images before placing your order. We want you to be sure before you buy.

DAMAGED ITEM? WE'VE GOT YOU.
If you receive a damaged item (rare, but possible), email us at contact@blunderclothing.in within 48 hours with:

Clear photos & a video of the issue
We’ll inspect and arrange a free exchange for the same item.

 

EMPTY PACKAGE CLAIMS
All parcels are securely packed and weighed before dispatch. Claims of receiving an empty package will not be accepted unless backed by unboxing proof. False claims will be rejected.

PARTIAL COD TERMS
If a partial COD order is refused at delivery and gets RTO (returned to origin), the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
You can request reshipping without any extra charges. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

However, if you selected the wrong size, email us within 1 hour at contact@blunderclothing.in, and we’ll happily update the size before it ships.
